Rafael Madrigal

CEO

Rafael is the proud CEO of American Freedom Benefits. He has been in senior executive leadership for more than 20 years. His passion in the industry is to develop future financial leaders who take great pride in assisting individuals, families, and businesses with their financial well-being. His company provides individualized services for clients’ needs. 

Rafael grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he attended the University of California, Berkeley. After earning his bachelor’s degree, he graduated with his master's degree from California State University, Hayward. Over his professional career, he was recognized both in California and Missouri for his work with non-profits, serving as President of the Community College Foundation, Latino Business Association, Parish Council President, and military and First Responders. 

Rafael moved to the St. Louis area in 2017 with his wife, Jennifer. They reside in Pacific and enjoy attending local events. They also love watching college football, visiting wineries, festivals, concerts, and travel. Rafael currently serves as Alderman for the City of Pacific.
